Privacy notice

Last updated: September 24, 2026. This notice covers this website and its sign-up form. The Kindsend Shopify apps will have their own privacy policy, published here before they are listed on the Shopify App Store.

What we collect

When you fill in the sign-up form we store what you enter: your email address, store URL, the survey app you use, your order volume range, what you pay today, your answers about attribution, the pilot and pricing questions, and your consent. We also store where you came from (UTM tags and the referring page, if any), the time you signed up, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit repeated submissions. We don't set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or tracking individuals.

Why

To contact you about the pilot and the launch of the app you signed up for, and to decide what to build. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to unrelated marketing.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. When you sign up, a notification with your details is emailed to our own inbox through Postmark. Both providers process the data on our behalf.

How long

Until the app you signed up for has launched and 12 months have passed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email support@kindsend.app to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us. Reply to any email from us to opt out.
